What do you need to know to apply for a host organization in the shadowing program for social enterprises (SEs) of SE Hubs?<\/p>\n

One must:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Be a social enterprise based in Italy, Greece, Bulgaria or Poland.
– Operate at least 1 year before the date of application.
– Have the capacity (physical space and necessary equipment) to provide a 6-day shadowing program for 1 fellow between July and October 2022.
– Have human resources – at least 1 expert (manager\/employee) who speaks English and can be engaged with 1 fellow.
– Have expertise from experience regarding challenges and strengths in terms of management and expert work with its target groups.
– Have strong motivation for further development of its activities and is open to acquiring knowledge and experience.<\/p>\n

If you are selected as a host organization:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– You will sign a contract and issue an invoice for service provision
– You will receive payment for covering the facility and organizational costs for hosting 1 foreign fellow<\/p>\n

What do you need to know to apply as a fellow in the shadowing program for social enterprises (SEs) of @SE Hubs?<\/strong><\/p>\n

One must:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Work in a social enterprise based in Italy, Greece, Bulgaria or Poland.
– Be a trainer or teacher of a disadvantaged group (target group of the SE) or be a staff manager of SE personnel.
– Speak English.
– Be able to travel and participate in a 6-day shadowing program in Bulgaria\/Italy\/Greece\/Poland between July and October 2022.
-Have a strong motivation for further professional development and be open to acquiring new knowledge and experience.<\/p>\n

If you are selected as a fellow:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– You will sign an agreement for participation in the program.
– All your travel expenses and accommodation will be fully covered.<\/p>\n
